i never thought it would be so good to see a bay view girl again. emily mushen is the bomb. tonight, she gave me a card at bible study that just filled me up with glory. i like knowing that she'll be praying daily for me while i'm in brazil. it's a pretty awesome feeling.
tomorrow i leave and i'm way too excited. i am purposely not sleeping at all tonight (like i could if i tried) so i can sleep the entire way there on the plane. i almost feel like i'm going home.. even though it's not my home. but it's so special to me

whoa. mcmullen. whoa.you should come to long beach. long beach is way more exotic than brazil.
i don't think emily mushen liked me. she thought i was a communist.
